**Job Description of Area Sales Manager for Automatic Lubrication Systems**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

2. Identify and target key accounts, industries, and market segments to drive business growth.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and promote products effectively.

4. Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers as needed.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

7. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

5. Technical aptitude and understanding of lubrication systems or related products is preferred.

6. Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

7. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

8.Channel sales experience is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
