**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Understand customer shipping needs and provide relevant information about freight forwarding services.
- Negotiate rates with customers and collaborate with the pricing team to ensure profitability.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business requirements and foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional freight and logistics services.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, shipping regulations, and the company's service offerings.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's freight forwarding solutions to customers.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- **CRM Utilization**:

- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, update customer profiles, and track sales activities.
- Generate reports on sales performance and customer engagement for management review.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the freight forwarding industry.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Must Have Good Communication Skills
- Strong understanding of international shipping and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
