Job Title: Executive Chef (Continental)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute an enticing continental menu for all-day, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch services.
- Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance kitchen environment.
- Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality and service.
- Conduct training programs for kitchen staff, emphasizing culinary skills, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain high-quality ingredient sourcing while optimizing costs.
- Implement effective costing controls to achieve financial targets without compromising on the excellence of continental cuisine.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, storage, and minimizing wastage to maximize profitability.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
