**Roles and responsibilities**
Keep updated on potential companies and sectors who are actively hiring
Design a strategy to reach out to prospects and present our services
Have a great follow-up mechanism
Client PR activities - Strengthening PR with existing and prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
Client meetings - Meet client on a regular basis.
Develop and maintain key accounts
Manage and improve the entire Business development cycle
**Expected outcomes (Measurable objectives)**
New client acquisitions and conversions
Increase in the inflow of client requirements
**Desired Industry**: Recruitment / Staffing
**Desired Experience**: 1 to 3 years
**BD experience**: Min. 1 year in BD and client acquisition roles
**Soft Skills**:
The role demands excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good IT skills (Must be conversant with Excel & M.S word)
Active & Proficient on Professional and social networking sites
Conversant in handling Job Portals
Strong Networking abilities
**Work from home**:
Currently working from home, we may have to meet weekly once for review meetings
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
