Talent Acquisition Executive

As our **Talent Acquisition Executive**, you will be a part of Technical hiring, including Engineering and Data Hiring, to join our skill-based gaming company. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for technical positions and driving stakeholder management to ensure a smooth hiring process. Key
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for technical positions.
- Build and maintain a network of talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions and proactively identify new sourcing channels to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure the efficient use of resources.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, including experience with Engineering and Data Hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving effective collaboration with hiring managers and executives.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies. - Passion for gaming and a strong interest in the skill-based gaming industry.
