How you might spend your days

**As a Talent Acquisition partner, you'll be working with a motivated team where, you'll be**:
**As our new Talent Attraction Partner, you'll be partnering with the business to identify talent gaps and execute our talent attraction strategy, where you will**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, facilitating hiring of the best talent within Pharma Engineering
- Forecast hiring needs in close collaboration with the hiring managers and identify solutions for filling the gaps
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including conducting interviews and giving test feed-back
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
