**#Description#**

To be a successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

**What you will do**:

- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork and good negotiation skills

**What you will bring**:

- A Bachelor's of Science or Human Resources degree is strongly preferred
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills
- 3-6 year’s experience in recruitment processes and platforms, experience with Jobvite ATS a plus
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders including managers and senior leaders and giving the clear and transparent feedback needed to optimize the hiring process
- Consultative approach to driving process, efficiency, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive results in a small team by contributing to the recruiting team as a whole
