**Challenges**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
- Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
- Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions.
- Prepares and manages the communication strategy that explains the purpose behind each program or project and manages an engagement program to drive successful implementation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.

**Job requirements and qualification**
- Previous working experience preferably as a Recruiter /Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3-5 years.
- Ability to influence, manage, and work collaboratively across teams/businesses and all levels of the organisation
- Excellent understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
