A Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is a skilled and experienced professional who plays a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process who works closely with the broader talent acquisition team taking a lead in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Partners may be involved in crafting and implementing recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Associate Talent Acquisition Partners significantly contribute to the success of the recruitment function and the organisation's overall talent acquisition objectives.Working at NTT
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, and referrals.Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, interview details, and feedback.Assist in promoting the organisation's employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting its culture, values, and career opportunities.Contributes to building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.Update and maintain candidate data in the CRM platformAssist in creating job postings and posting them on various job boards and career websites.Conduct reference checks for selected candidates, verifying their qualifications and work history.Proactively supports positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback.Proactively supports tracking and maintaining recruitment data, such as candidate pipelines, sourcing metrics, and time-to-fill, to provide insights for talent acquisition strategies.Work closely with the talent acquisition team, HR colleagues, and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.
