VAP Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our vibrant and growing team in Bengaluru. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. VAP Group is a leading provider of blockchain solutions, specializing in assisting blockchain efforts such as ICO, STO, NFT, DeFi, IEO, and FinTech. With our deep knowledge and expertise in the industry, we strive to make our clients' visions for blockchain projects a reality. We offer a wide range of services including Blockchain marketing, recruiting, media management, press releases, conference production, and more.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and identify top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the blockchain or technology industry.
  • Experience using various recruitment channels and tools to attract qualified candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity when handling confidential information.
