Role Overview:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Angel One, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's growth trajectory by identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent. You will lead a dedicated team of recruiters and collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives. Your strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and deep understanding of the fintech landscape will drive the acquisition of the diverse and high-caliber talent we need to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term hiring goals, reflecting an understanding of fintech industry dynamics and trends.- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company's growth objectives, workforce planning needs, and talent gaps, translating them into actionable recruitment plans.- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments to ensure a deep understanding of their hiring needs and alignment with talent acquisition strategies- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.- Implement effective recruitment metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the success of talent acquisition initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.- Stay current with industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, adapting strategies to remain competitive in attracting top talent.- Collaborate with the employer branding and marketing teams to create and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with potential candidates.- Explore and manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities to expand the talent pool. • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline and an inclusive hiring process.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree preferred in HR- 10 to 15 Years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of (5+) years in a leadership or management role, ideally within the fin-tech, product tech sectors.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.- Deep understanding of fin-tech industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive talent landscape.- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of recruitment professionals.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics and data to drive informed decision-making.- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technologies.
