Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Company & Location: Renowned Hospital Corporate Office, Bengaluru

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team at our corporate office in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, with a keen ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent across various functions. This role will be crucial in driving the organization's growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled professionals who align with our company's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

a) Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

b) Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization's goals and workforce needs.

c) Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.

End-to-End Recruitment:

a) Manage the full and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

b) Build and maintain a diverse candidate pool through various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

c) Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against these criteria.

Candidate Experience:

a) Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.

b) Develop and implement candidate feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Employer Branding:

a) Enhance the employer brand by developing compelling job descriptions and leveraging social media and other platforms to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

b) Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and attract potential candidates.

Performance Metrics:

a) Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

b) Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment activities, trends, and areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:

a) Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.

b) Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Stakeholder Management:

a) Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management, to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

b) Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.

c) Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations on talent acquisition best practices and market trends.

d) Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and consultants, to enhance recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with organizational Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of successful recruitment across multiple functions and levels. Experience in health care will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent market trends.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be a People Manager.
