VAP Group is looking for a Delegate Acquisition professional to join our team. As a Delegate Acquisition, you will play a vital role in identifying and acquiring delegates for our exhibitions and conferences. VAP Group is a leading provider of blockchain solutions, specializing in assisting blockchain efforts such as ICO, STO, NFT, DeFi, IEO, and FinTech. With our deep knowledge and expertise in the industry, we strive to make our clients' visions for blockchain projects a reality. We offer a wide range of services including Blockchain marketing, recruiting, media management, press releases, conference production, and more.


Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential delegates for our exhibitions and conferences.
  • Reach out to target audience through various channels to generate interest and encourage attendance.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners to facilitate delegate acquisition.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage and convert potential delegates.
  • Provide information about the benefits and value of attending our events to potential delegates.
  • Negotiate and close delegate bookings, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth registration and on-site experience for delegates.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reports on delegate acquisition activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new strategies and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or customer acquisition roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential delegates.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve collective goals.
  • Knowledge and interest in blockchain, ICOs, STOs, NFTs, DeFi, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and tools to track and manage delegate acquisition activities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • A positive attitude and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
