Job Description Position Title: Audience Acquisition Specialist Location: Bangalore Experience: 2+ Years Position Overview: The Audience Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in driving attendee engagement and participation in specific events. This position requires a proactive individual with at least 3 years of experience in audience acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with C-Level executives effectively through various channels. Key Responsibilities: Data Building & Mapping: ·

Work on data building and mapping for specific events, identifying target audience segments and key stakeholders ·

Utilize market research tools and techniques to gather relevant data and insights for audience targeting C-Level Executive Outreach:

·

Identify and connect with C-Level executives through calls, , social media, and email campaigns ·

Conduct active calling campaigns to engage prospective attendees and generate event registrations ·

Utilize persuasive communication skills to articulate the value proposition of attending events to senior executives Market Research and Communication: ·

Research markets and industries to understand the key issues, trends, and challenges driving audience interests ·

Communicate industry insights and event value propositions to senior executives effectively, highlighting the relevance and benefits of event participation Database Management: ·

Develop and maintain an ongoing database of existing and potential new clients, keeping it updated with accurate contact information and preferences ·

Track engagement levels, responses, and registrations within the database to measure effectiveness and inform outreach strategies Relationship Cultivation: ·

Cultivate relationships with senior-level executives, nurturing their interest and commitment to attending events ·

Act as a trusted advisor and resource for clients, providing personalized attention and support throughout the event lifecycle Qualifications: ·

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field ·

Minimum of 3 years of experience in audience acquisition, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the events industry ·

Proven track record of successfully generating event registrations and engaging senior-level executives ·

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and build rapport with high-level decision-makers ·

Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data and insights ·

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding registration targets ·

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ·

Proficiency in CRM software, Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools and technologies
