Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zyeta, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our interior design projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have the best professionals on board to maintain our high standards of excellence and creativity.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company.Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Strategically plan and oversee the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with our recruitment goals and a seamless, efficient experience.Promote Zyeta as an employer of choice by enhancing our employer brand through various initiatives and platforms.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Effectively leverage negotiation skills by understanding market trends and building strong relationships with candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS-Zoho).Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
What we look for:3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the interior design industry.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.Strong understanding of the interior design industry and its specific hiring needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
