Company Culture & Team

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wooqer, you will be instrumental in curating our teams by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top talent enterprise-wide. Your role plays a vital part in ensuring that we attract and retain individuals who resonate with our core values and business objectives. While focusing primarily on Tech and Product recruitment (60%), you will also oversee non-tech hiring (40%).

About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wooqer, you will lead the recruitment efforts across the organization. This role is pivotal in aligning top talent that embodies our company values and drives our business objectives. Your main areas of concentration will be Tech and Product recruitment (60%) along with non-tech recruitment (40%).

Your Mission: Recruit top-notch professionals and empower them to excel at Wooqer, aiding in the realization of annual business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate Sourcing Strategies: Engage top talent for tech, product, and non-tech positions via various platforms such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  2. Optimize Recruitment Processes: Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments; collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience, and enhance recruitment methods for optimal efficiency.
  3. Team Collaboration: Grasp the hiring requirements, craft job descriptions, and assist hiring managers in ensuring a positive candidate journey.
  4. Enhance Employer Brand: Elevate Wooqer's image as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and networking gatherings.
  5. Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment outcomes, pinpoint enhancements, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Your Profile :

  1. Demonstrated track record (3-5 years) in talent acquisition within the tech and product domains.
  2. Thorough familiarity with recruitment best practices and tools.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude.
  4. Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  5. Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
