Job Description:
Join Truww as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and take charge of overseeing the complete recruitment and onboarding procedures. Collaborate closely with department heads to comprehend their workforce requirements and ensure the attraction, selection, and retention of top-tier professionals. This dynamic role encompasses a broad spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, inductions, attendance regularization, and policy implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside hiring managers to define job prerequisites and specifications.
  • Formulate and execute effective sourcing strategies to allure top-tier candidates.
  • Oversee the holistic recruitment processes, starting from candidate identification and screening to managing interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Design and implement a seamless onboarding process for new recruits to ensure a smooth assimilation into the organizational setup.
  • Conduct exit interviews and supervise the offboarding process, obtaining valuable feedback for continual enhancement.
  • Arrange and conduct orientations for new staff to acquaint them with company regulations, ethos, and principles.
  • Monitor and regulate attendance records, collaborating closely with HR and Payroll departments for precision.
  • Enforce attendance policies and protocols for compliance adherence.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures alongside the HR team.
  • Communicate and educate employees on company policies, ensuring full compliance.


Qualifications:
➢ Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
➢ Demonstrate proven expertise in talent acquisition and HR operations.
➢ Exhibit a sound comprehension of recruitment methodologies, HR practices, and labor legislations.
