Job role - Talent Acquisition Specialist The Business Wooqer was born of our collective passion to create products that inspire people to get the job done. We are a profitable hyper-growth company headquartered out of California with product teams in Bengaluru, India. We’re a case at Harvard and Stanford and have been named among 30 SaaS companies to watch out for this decade.

We have completed our 0-to-1 journey and are now looking to scale to 10

We’re an onsite team, working from our office in Bellandur, Bangalore.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wooqer, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping our teams by sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring top talent across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring that we attract and retain the best individuals who align with our company values and business goals. You will primarily focus on Tech and Product hiring (60%) while also handling non-tech hiring (40%). The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wooqer, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting top talent across the organization. Your mission: Hire the best people and enable them to do their best work at Wooqer to catalyze annual business goals

What will you do:

Develop Sourcing Strategies: Attract top talent for tech, product, and non-tech roles through diverse platforms like job boards, social media, and referrals. Streamline Recruitment: Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments; coordinate with hiring managers for a smooth interview process, and refine recruitment methods for efficiency. Collaborate with Teams: Understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and support hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. Promote Employer Brand: Enhance Wooqer’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and networking events. Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Monitor recruitment success, identify improvements, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. About you : Proven experience (3-5 years) in talent acquisition in the tech and product sectors. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
