Areteminds is a rapidly growing technology company and we are looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Areteminds, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent to meet our company's needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and streamline the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and identify qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Account management, mining and growing 
  • New account creation 
  • Price revision discussion and negotiation with customer
  • Ensure 100% billing month on month. 
  • Relationship management by visiting client monthly once
  • 7Monthly meeting with clients face to face (preferable) and virtual (exception) 
  • Apprise early warning symptoms if the client is unhappy for any reason and its resolution 
  • Meet with the resources deployed in your account monthly ( f2f or virtual) 
  • Apprise early warning signs from the deployed resources side and its possible resolution. 
  • Taking complete ownership of the account for revenue realisation.
  • Employee management and engagement with all employees working in your account.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
  • Experience utilizing various sourcing methods and tools, including social media and job boards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Professional certification in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus
