Hiring Business Development Executive - Immediate joiner

  • Locations: Bangalore (Hybrid)
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in Business Development & Client Acquisition.
Summary:

  • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Candidates from the IT Solutions / IT Sales industry will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients and prospects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline, tracking all client interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our services to communicate their benefits to clients effectively.
  • Travel within the location will be required to meet with clients and prospects.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Proven track record of successful new client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for Business Development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
