Business Development For Client Acquisition – IT Staffing

- Locations: Bangalore (Hybrid)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Business Development & Client Acquisition.
- You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
- This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- Candidates from the IT Solutions / IT Sales industry will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and prospects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
- Manage and maintain a pipeline, tracking all client interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our services to communicate their benefits to clients effectively.
- Travel within the location will be required to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Proven track record of successful new client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for Business Development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
