Role Overview:
As the Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the IT staffing and staff augmentation domain, with a primary focus on the India market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within staffing or IT services organizations. This role requires extensive experience in client acquisition, particularly in the GCC and product sectors, along with a strong background in staffing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales function, driving revenue growth and market expansion in the IT staffing and staff augmentation segment.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building with potential clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and management, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and positioning.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving individual and team success.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles within the IT staffing or staff augmentation industry, with a focus on the India market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, particularly in client acquisition for GCC and product sectors.
• Strong understanding of the staffing industry landscape, including market dynamics, client needs, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams to deliver results.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a strategic approach to sales planning and execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business requirements.
