Position Description:
The purpose of the Sr.
Manager, Project Management role is to support and optimize current and new platforms, lead key initiatives as directed by and in partnership with content team Leadership, and leverage technology to drive improvement within content team and GCC.The Manager/Sr.
Manager, Project Management role will use will business acumen, specialized platform and technological expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive solutions and results, scale content team abilities, and maximize capacity and output.
They will utilize technology to evaluate and monitor throughput, anticipate and resolve operational challenges, and identify opportunities to ensure quality, speed, value, and compliance within the Customer Information Materials Lifecycle and alignment with content team Strategies.
The Manager/Sr.Manager, Project Management will partner with content team Leaders to develop strategies to improve adherence and compliance with business processes, improve data accuracy, and identify and/or develop automations or other technological means for improved processes.
This role will build cross-functional relationships to ensure new processes or technologies are implemented through organizational change management practices including assisting in development of the strategy, creation of communication and training materials, and presentation to internal or external partners to help ensure successful implementation.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
Project Management:
Manage Wrike Process templates and create automation as required.
Ownership and ongoing management of project management tool, configuration, integration, and establishment of best practices.
Be a Subject Matter expert in content team project management tool, provide support to other teams.
Report potential or anticipated issues with workload and team health.
Effectively manage, update, and distribute dashboards to utilize in reporting key performance indicators.
Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce cycle times and rework while maintaining quality and compliance.
Best Practices and PlatformsBe a Subject Matter expert in content team process, content factory model, approval and content production platforms and process.
Support Creative/Content OCM initiatives involving content team.
Minimum Experience/Personal Skill Requirements:
Three years of relevant experience in an advertising or digital production agency environment with exposure to marketing.
Three years of experience being a "power user" or "administrator" of a project management software tool.
Three years of technology experience in a concrete technical role.
Three years of proven success in project management.
Experience with agile methodology.
Additional Preferences:
Deep understanding of Agency technology stack (Adobe, Veeva Products).
Proven ability to embrace digital transformation, drive changes and leverage technology to solve business problem.
Previous experience using one or more project management or resource planning software tools such as Wrike, Jira, Workfront, Trello, BaseCamp, etc.
Proven ability to be accountable, adaptable, and learn quickly in a complex and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive shifts in behavior.
Agile or PMP certification.
Extensive experience and/or certification in Microsoft PowerBI platform.t
The reporting will be to content team team leader at LCCI and will have dotted line to Director, Digital capability, and Transformation in US
management approaches, including AgileEducation Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to analyze and develop best practices while influencing stakeholders.
Strong Team and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
