You will be given ample opportunities for growth and development:
Position: Manager_Sales & Marketing

Job Profile:

- Sales and Marketing: Developing and executing sales strategies, marketing plans and promotional activities to generate leads, drive sales and increase revenue.
- Customer Service: Providing high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues and building positive relationships with client.
- Product Development: Conducting research to identify new travel products, services, and destinations that will appeal to customers, and developing packages that meet their needs.
- Interacting with corporate and providing professional advice & guidance for their travel related queries.
- Identifying the most appropriate hotels, resorts and other properties India and abroad for the travel ventures.
- Approaching prospective hotels, resorts and vendors to negotiate deals.
- Customization of itineraries & their costing. Making airline, hotel and other travel arrangements
- To Liaison with the DMCs, Contracting, negotiations.
- Identifying at least 2 DMCs at every tourist destination
- Contracting with Hotels and Transports.
- Booking OF hotels, packages through travel portals.

Since you will a critical asset for the success of the business and the company, hence we require a person who has a skill for sales, marketing and operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
