We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Field Work Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers and expanding our client base. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and developing effective marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach out to new clients and expand the customer base.

Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.

Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Participate in organizing events and trade shows to create brand awareness and generate leads.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for marketing initiatives.

Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure timely follow-up with customers to maintain a positive relationship and address their inquiries and concerns.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement.

Sales Performance and Reporting:
Keep accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and customer interactions.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Territory Management:
Manage a designated sales territory efficiently and plan visits to potential clients accordingly.

Travel to meet clients, attend meetings, and explore new opportunities within the assigned region.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a fieldwork environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of marketing techniques and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
