Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial equipment industry.
  3. Extensive experience in both domestic and international sales, including market expansion and penetration strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of the ice machine industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  5. Experience in managing sales teams and developing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and partners.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  8. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  9. Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  10. Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, trade shows, and market visits.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets in both domestic and international markets.
  2. Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and develop market entry strategies to expand the company's presence globally.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and partners to drive sales and market penetration.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  7. Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress towards growth targets.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, trade policies, and industry standards in domestic and international sales activities.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the sales team.
