Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and field role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at DESTINY INTERNATIONAL located in Gurgaon. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, analyze market trends, and provide insights for product development.


Qualifications

Sales experience in Industrial sales,machinery sales,hydraulic system knowledge an added benefit for position.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
