**what is CRED?**

here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the store team:
- travel partnerships lead will own the selection & supply strategy for our travel business (today vacations) including key metrics like no of destinations, depth & breadth coverage of the properties, deal quality, partner experience & SOPs, customer value prop (exclusive inclusions & benefits offered to members). this includes ramping up supply through direct or partner relations (OTAs, channel partners etc) as well as building a pathan to become market leader in leisure travel.
**what will you do?**:
- understand & execute user demand, developing key travel growth sales, tactics & roadmap to achieve scale
- own selection and supply strategy for travel vertical
- build team: constantly raise bar by hiring high density talent and boost existing teams' efficiency
- key leadership role towards managing & building teams, moving business on autopilot.
- motivate members to take proactive decisions which are in sync with companies and LOB’s objectives
- build and own partner relationships for teams, make both external & internal stakeholders in sync, assist in bringing exclusive offerings and aspirational associations for successful campaigns on CRED
- drive & achieve AOP - GMV & revenue across verticals, partner NPS, customer NPS while improving and implementing new processes & digitalize the process
- bring in business synergy across teams to drive end to end execution at each level - communication, design, campaign, marketing, etc to amplify the brand visibility and enhance performance
- take short and long-term actions to increase traffic, adoption, revenue and GMV for travel
- research, understand and accurately forecast trends, plan stock and monitor performance
- possess relevant experience of 8-10 years in travel, especially driving teams and partnerships
- have knowledge and understanding of travel products, sense of curation and travel metrics. (preferred experience in both: domestic and international travel verticals)
- exhibit high level of communication skills, client relationship skills and channel management experience
- understand travel through a digital lens, and how the current business model can be evolved by bringing in technology
- possess leadership & team management skills
- are capable of managing fast paced growth under pressured and high speed work environments
- can work patiently by creating team synergies and are in tandem with other business units
