Personal Assistant/administration

2+ years of experience into admin, foreign client communications, maintaining client records, contacts, organising meetings, updating and preparing documents and presentations as required by the client.
- Management of project management software & updating dashboards. Maintain document library, including a linked directory of key documents. Review of deliverables and management of business partners and service providers (e.g., NDAs; draft
legal documents; etc.).
- Development of various documents, plans and strategy in consultation with the client. Support founders and other team with administrative tasks, including PA type support as required.
- Manage and participate in internal meetings, ensuring agenda are circulated, follow up on action items. Assist with organising meetings with key clients, stakeholders & attend / take minutes wherever needed. Assist with attendance at key marketing events. Collaborate on planning / setup required, assist with travel booking and other arrangements.
**Other Skills**:
Good communication & excel skills are must. Strong organising skills and ensuring tasks
are delivered on time, time mgmt skills are very important, teamwork, good team ethics, able
to work independently.
