**Summary**

The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing support for day-to-day operations to the management, as well as managing the firm's human resources function. This includes tasks such as managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the top management in managing day-to-day tasks efficiently
- Managing calendars, appointments, work reports and MIS.
- Maintain the firm's employee records, including performance reviews, compensation information, and benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in office administration or human resources.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Location - Malad / Andheri
/ Part-time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
