We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Channel Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and nurturing a channel for distributors of our refurbished and new IT Server, storage, laptops, desktops, and workstations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales through the channel, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to increase sales and expand market reach.

Nurture relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their needs are met and to identify new opportunities.

Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the partner experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Regularly review sales progress with partners and implement improvements as needed.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales, ideally channel sales, within the IT hardware industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong understanding of the IT hardware market, including server, storage, laptops, desktops, and workstations.
