Job Overview:
LawSikho is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Lead to drive the expansion of our legal education courses through partnerships with offline coaching centers. The Channel Sales Lead will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with coaching institutes across the country, ensuring that LawSikho’s courses are integrated into their offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, partner management, and experience in the education sector, particularly with offline institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard offline coaching centers as channel partners to promote and sell LawSikho’s courses.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with coaching centers, providing ongoing support to ensure successful promotion and delivery of LawSikho’s courses.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies specifically focused on expanding LawSikho’s reach through offline coaching networks.
- Training & Enablement: Train and support coaching center partners, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of LawSikho’s course offerings and are equipped to promote them effectively to students.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased course adoption within the offline coaching ecosystem.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with coaching centers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that promote long-term partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance, analyzing sales data and partner feedback to optimize strategies and meet sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with LawSikho’s marketing and product teams to ensure that offline partners have the necessary materials and support to effectively promote the courses.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in the education sector or with offline coaching centers.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling products or services through channel partners, with experience working in the education industry.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners, particularly in offline environments.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with experience managing contracts and agreements with third-party partners.
- Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and enable offline coaching partners to meet sales goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience in education or legal services is a plus.
