**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Research, target and open new client opportunities.
- Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives to building strong customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Update CRM system with all customer communications

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ years' previous sales experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
