**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the K12 education segment.
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales and partnerships with schools, districts, and educational organizations.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, district officials, and education decision-makers.
- **Sales Enablement**: Work closely with the sales team to develop materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- **Product Positioning**: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure offerings meet the specific needs of K12 clients and align with market demands.
- **Partnership Development**: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with organizations that can enhance our reach and impact in the K12 market.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on trends in K12 education and technology, attending conferences and networking events to represent the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the K12 education sector.
- Strong understanding of the K12 education landscape and its challenges.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
