Position: Customer Support Executive (Female & Male)
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and update relevant information in the system accurately.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns, aiming to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of customer issues.
Maintain knowledge of hospital services, facilities, and upcoming events to offer comprehensive support to customers.
Handle billing inquiries, insurance-related questions, and payment processing when necessary.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and contribute to overall departmental goals.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient data protection regulations at all times.
**Requirements**:
Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts (8 pm to 8 am) for 15 days and morning or afternoon shifts (8 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 8 pm) for the subsequent 15 days.
Empathy and Patience: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when dealing with customers' concerns and inquiries.
Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office, and customer support software.
