As a Personal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the executive you are assigned to. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Proactively manage the calendars of executive leadership team to optimize time efficiency.
**Communication**:
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for specific tasks and report the status to the executive.
**Documentation**:
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
**Personal Tasks**:
Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing personal appointments and errands.
**Confidentiality**:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Safeguard confidential documents and communication.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office software and calendar management tools.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
**Education and Experience**:
Graduate preferably with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
