Personal Secretary

We are on the lookout for a proactive, open-minded and adaptable personal secretary to support our Director of Sales and Marketing. This role is ideal for a young professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary assistant to the Director, handling a wide range of administrative duties, including managing calendars, travel itineraries, project coordination, presentations, and phone calls.
- Act as the Director’s representative in various matters, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
- Accompany the Director on business trips, both domestically and internationally.
- Document and distribute minutes from meetings efficiently.
- Offer robust administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Make informed administrative decisions in the Director’s absence.
- Oversee and organize a busy travel schedule with precision.
- Optimize the Director’s time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, gathering and analyzing information, and initiating communication.
- Track project timelines and strategies, providing regular updates on progress.
This role demands someone who is highly organized, communicative, and capable of anticipating the Director’s needs

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
