**Job description**
We are currently looking for an Personal Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to details. She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management.

Age : 40 + only
**Work Experience**
Ø Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.
Ø At times an office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin, coordinating.
**Educational Qualification**
Ø Shouldhave graduated from a secretarial college.
**Skill Set Required**
Ø **EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS** Most important requirement
Ø Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
Ø Good command over English.
Ø Shorthand
Ø Should have knowledge about Google Tools
- sheets, forms, docs.
Ø Should know about flight/ hotel booking (national / international)
Ø Handle all family health insurance claims, appointments and reconciliation of payments, events, travel & hotel booking, itinerary preparation etc
Ø MOM, Calendar Management, MIS report
Ø Confidentiality should be the main key of PA’s role
Ø Company Policy adherence
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
