Administrative and Liaison Officer

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence. Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams, or organizations. You will serve as a bridge, connecting and coordinating efforts to ensure smooth operations and efficient decision-making.
Liase with government offices for licensing and other mandatory compliances.
