Corporate Sales Executive

Role Overview
As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and building relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services, and qualifying leads for further sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads or scripts.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads by engaging in conversations with potential customers to assess their needs and interest in our products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our naturopathy and Ayurveda-based products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
- **Sales Support**: Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree/ diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using a CRM system.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
