Corporate Sales Executive

Greenry (formerly We Decor8) based in Gurugram, specializes in providing a range of services such as plantation, green walls, biophilic design, preserved moss walls, lawns, gardens, and terrace design. Our services cater to industries including real estate, hospitality, commercial, corporate, public spaces, architecture, construction, landscaping, and gardening. We offer customization, a wide collection of plants, adaptable solutions, supreme quality products, affordability, and convenience.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including corporate offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Interior Designers, Corporate Architects, contractors, direct clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Knowledge of greenery solutions, plants, and landscaping is a plus.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, landscaping, or related industries.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
