Front Office Supervisor

**Profile Introduction**:
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent guest service, and managing front office staff. This role involves supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth operations in the front office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and train front office staff, including receptionists and bellhops.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee daily front office operations, including managing the front desk, reservations, and room assignments.
- Ensure that front office procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in a front office or customer service role, with at least [X] years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in front office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
