**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and lead front office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Reservation Management**: Oversee reservation systems, manage bookings, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for front office staff, focusing on customer service, company policies, and operational procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front office area.
- **Cash Handling**: Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile financial reports.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Communication**: Foster clear communication between front office staff and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze reports related to front office performance and present findings to management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

- Proficient in the use of reservation and booking systems.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
