**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Front Office Executive in the hotel industry, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- You will handle reservations, room assignments, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly is crucial.
- You will maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
- Effective communication with other hotel departments is essential to ensure seamless service.
- You will monitor and report any security or safety issues and strive to exceed guest expectations, contributing to an exceptional overall experience.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel management or Travel and Tourism
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in guest services or a similar front desk role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems is required.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are crucial for managing bookings, guest records, and financial transactions accurately.
- A professional appearance and demeanor are necessary, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
