**Introduction**:
Our company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Providing information about the company to clients and visitors.
- Coordinating appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Performing basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Languages:
- English, Hindi and Marathi**
