Education: Hotel Management is a must

Experience: 3-4 years of experience required

Skillset:

- Good Communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Oversee the smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Address any guest concerns or special requests, striving to exceed expectations.

Supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring they provide outstanding customer service and adhere to resort policies.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and performance expectations.

Monitor and manage room reservations, ensuring accurate guest information and appropriate room allocations.

Coordinate with reservations team to optimize room occupancy and availability.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and suggestions promptly and professionally.

Ensure guests receive accurate information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.

Maintain effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Coordinate with event and activities teams to facilitate guest participation in resort offerings.

Manage cash transactions and payment processing, following proper accounting procedures.

Review guest bills for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies before check-out.

Build strong guest relationships by providing personalized services and anticipating needs.

Handle VIP and repeat guest requests with special attention and care.

Provide ongoing training to front desk staff on customer service skills, resort policies, and technical systems.

Identify areas for improvement and implement training initiatives accordingly.

Generate and analyze daily occupancy reports, revenue figures, and guest feedback to make informed operational decisions.

Collaborate with management to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Be familiar with emergency procedures and protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff during critical situations.

Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues observed in the front office area to the appropriate departments for resolution.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a front office supervisory or management role within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Understanding of local attractions, activities, and services to assist guests.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
