**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
The Front Office team plays a critical role as the face of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming first impression. Your professionalism, communication skills, and organizational abilities will be vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our front desk operations.

**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Welcome and Greet**: Warmly welcome all visitors, clients, and employees, and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.

**Answering Calls**: Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department, and providing information as required.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for clients and maintain an organized calendar for meetings and appointments.

**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.

**Visitor Management**: Maintain a log of visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.

**Information Dissemination**: Disseminate information regarding company policies, procedures, and services to visitors and clients.

**Handling Inquiries**: Address inquiries from visitors or clients, and provide information on our products, services, or the company itself.

**Mail and Package Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate individuals or departments.

**Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information and services.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

**Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the local language. Proficiency in a second language may be advantageous.

**Customer Service**: Prior experience in customer service or front office roles is preferred.

**Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic office equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines).

**Professional Appearance**: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

**Organization**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges or issues that may arise.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
