**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our real estate office and provide essential administrative support. As a Front Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate office and enhancing the overall client experience. If you are a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries effectively. Maintain a tidy and organized front office area.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and record keeping. Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings for real estate agents. Manage office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
- Client Assistance: Provide information to clients and potential buyers or tenants about available properties, services, and company policies. Assist in collecting and processing client information and documentation.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, real estate agents, and other team members. Relay important messages, updates, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute contracts, agreements, and property listings as needed. Ensure that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Database Management: Update and maintain client and property databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with the organization of digital and physical files.

Other Qualifications:

- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to learn real estate-specific software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- A client-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Languages : English, Hindi And Marathi

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
