**Introduction**:
As a Front Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for managing our front desk operations and providing administrative support across the organization. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring efficient office operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Managing and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
