**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting payments and issuing receipts.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as cash handling and reconciliation of daily transactions.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, copying, and faxing.
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
