**Job Position: Office Administrator/Receptionist**
Qualification : Graduate B.A, B.Com & B.Sc with 0-1-year work experience as an Office Admin.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Helping maintain workplace security and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Maintaining attendance log, files, records and documents as required.
- Monitor the Housekeeping activities and ensure that the assets are cleaned as per the checklist
- Authorized to raise Purchase Indent for Office and Cafeteria related stocks/items.
- Scheduling appointments as requested by manager
- Maintain and update AMC list.
- Maintain other Assets inventory in the Office and Site
- Must do Multi Tasking & should have excellent communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
